Mrs. Baumann has been with STEM since 2021 as our Middle School science and math teacher. She was born and raised in “da U.P.” of Michigan and went to Michigan Technological University where she received her bachelor’s degree in biological sciences. There she met her husband Matt and they moved to Fond du Lac after graduating. Together they have two daughters, Pearl and Ruby and two cats, Hank and Frank. After switching career paths twice and having her family, she realized that teaching was her life’s calling, and in 2022, she finished up her master’s degree in education through Marian University. She is so excited to be working at a STEM-based school and considers it her literal “dream job”. In her free time she enjoys camping with her family, reading books, and sewing. She also loves jokes, so if you have a good one, she would love to hear it!
